Who We Are and What Drives Us

We started luvexanora back in 2019 because we kept seeing the same problem. People wanted to understand their financial futures but kept hitting walls with tools that felt overly complicated or too simplistic.

The Story Behind luvexanora

Our founder, Tamsin Eldridge, spent years working with small businesses across Australia. She noticed something interesting—most people had gut feelings about their financial decisions, but lacked the tools to test those hunches properly.

So we built something different. Not financial advice software, not another budgeting app. We created a space where you could model scenarios. What happens if revenue drops by fifteen percent? What if that new hire takes six months longer to become productive? These questions matter.

We're based in Canberra, and we've been teaching people how to build their own financial models since early 2020. The pandemic actually helped us refine our approach—suddenly everyone needed to rethink their assumptions.

What Matters to Us

These aren't corporate values we stuck on a wall. They're how we actually work with people and build our programs.

Practical Over Perfect

We'd rather give you a working model with some rough edges than a polished system you'll never use. Real financial planning is messy. Our tools reflect that reality.

Teach, Don't Tell

We're not here to give you answers. We show you how to build the frameworks so you can answer your own questions. That's more valuable in the long run.

Honest Limitations

Financial modeling can't predict the future. It can help you prepare for different versions of it. We're upfront about what our methods can and can't do.

How We Actually Teach This Stuff

Most financial education falls into two camps. Either it's so theoretical you can't apply it, or it's so prescriptive it doesn't fit your situation. We take a different path.

Our programs start with your actual numbers. Not hypotheticals, not case studies from textbooks. We work with real businesses and real scenarios from day one. You'll build models based on your situation, test assumptions that matter to you, and develop frameworks you can keep using.

The Tools We Use and Why

We're not married to specific software. Some of our students love spreadsheets. Others prefer specialized planning tools. What matters is understanding the logic behind the models.

You'll learn to build scenarios that adapt as circumstances change. We focus on flexibility because business conditions shift. A model from January might need serious rethinking by July, and that's completely normal.

Meet Some of Our Team

We're a small group, which is intentional. Everyone here teaches, and everyone works directly with students.

Want to Learn This Approach?

Our next comprehensive program starts in September 2025. We keep groups small—usually around fifteen people—so everyone gets individual attention. If you're interested in building better financial models for your business, let's talk.
