Financial Scenarios That Actually Make Sense

Most people freeze when they think about their financial future. Too many variables, too much uncertainty. We get it. That's why we built our scenario modeling program around real-world situations instead of textbook theories.

Over the past eight years, we've worked with small business owners, mid-career professionals, and early retirees who needed to understand what their decisions today could mean five or ten years down the line. Not in abstract terms, but in actual dollars and practical outcomes.

After spending 12 years in corporate finance watching people make avoidable mistakes, I started luvexanora to teach practical scenario planning. The kind that helps you sleep better at night because you've actually mapped out what might happen.

What We Focus On

Financial modeling sounds complicated, but it's really just asking "what if" questions with real numbers. These are the areas where scenario planning makes the biggest difference.

Business cash flow scenario planning

Business Cash Flow

Running different scenarios for seasonal fluctuations, growth investments, and unexpected expenses. We show you how to build buffers that actually work instead of guessing how much cash you need on hand.

Investment strategy modeling

Investment Strategy

Testing different allocation approaches under various market conditions. You'll learn to model conservative, moderate, and aggressive scenarios so you can make decisions that match your actual risk tolerance.

Retirement planning scenarios

Retirement Planning

Creating multiple retirement timelines based on different saving rates and market returns. Because retiring at 60 versus 65 isn't just about working five more years—it changes everything about your financial picture.

Major purchase financial modeling

Major Purchases

Property, equipment, expansion—big decisions need proper modeling. We teach you to run scenarios comparing purchase versus lease, different financing options, and timing strategies that work in Australian markets.

Learning That Actually Sticks

We don't do lectures. Our program runs through workshops where you build scenarios using your own financial situations. You leave with models you can actually use, not just notes you'll never look at again.

Classes start in September 2025 with limited spots (we cap groups at 12 people). You'll spend eight weeks working through progressively complex scenarios, starting with basic cash flow projections and building up to multi-year strategic planning.

  • Build spreadsheet models that don't require a math degree to understand
  • Test assumptions using historical data from Australian markets
  • Create scenarios that account for inflation, tax changes, and personal variables
  • Learn to communicate financial projections to partners, investors, or family

How This Actually Works

No theory-heavy presentations or complicated software. Just practical steps that turn abstract financial worries into concrete plans you can adjust as life changes.

1

Start With Your Real Numbers

You bring your actual financial situation—income, expenses, assets, goals. We show you how to organize this into a working model instead of just lists in different spreadsheets. Takes about two sessions to get the foundation right.

2

Build Your Base Case

This is your most likely scenario if things continue as they are. Conservative assumptions, realistic growth rates, actual costs. It becomes your reference point for comparing other scenarios later.

3

Test the Variables

What happens if interest rates jump? If you lose a major client? If property values drop 15%? You'll run scenarios for both opportunities and risks, learning which variables matter most for your situation.

4

Make Better Decisions

With multiple scenarios mapped out, you can make choices based on probable outcomes instead of gut feeling. Should you expand now or wait? Buy or lease? This is where scenario planning pays off.

What Past Participants Say

Real feedback from people who've completed our program

I'd been putting off major business decisions for two years because I couldn't get comfortable with the uncertainty. After going through luvexanora's program, I built scenarios that showed me exactly what I needed to have in place before expanding.

The models I created are still the ones I use today—I just update the numbers quarterly. It's not about predicting the future perfectly. It's about understanding what different futures would require from you financially.
